Pricing
All prices shown on our website exclude VAT, but are subject to VAT (UK 20%) at the prevailing rate. The final amount including VAT and Delivery is stated at the checkout stage.
Minimum Order
A minimum order value applies of £100 excluding VAT & P&P.

Returns Policy
It is our strong intention that all orders are dispatched accurately and suitably packaged .
If you would like to post the faulty products back to us, please make sure we have accepted the return and then send them back to: MoliMoi London , 3 Ropewalk Gardens, London E1 1PJ . And also, please attach a short note stating the reason for return, your order number, company name, contact number, contact name and other contact details.
The credit note must be issued by Email . Credit notes must be used within 8 months of the issue date . The customer must notify our staff with the credit note number before payment if wishing to use a credit refund on their purchase. We accept no responsibility if the credit note has expired.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any unwanted goods.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is the customer’s responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time the website is used. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
